Vibration with Corksport DP

I had a Corksport Racepipe and CBE installed for around 2 months with no vibration issues or noises i shouldn't be hearing. Yesterday I installed the Corksport DP and now every time the car is idling or between shifts i hear a vibration. Anyone else have this problem? Different inputs would be awesome. Thanks!

Where is it coming from as far as sound, where do you feel it? What hangers did you use?

The sounds seem to be coming from around where the RP is. I have stock hangers. Just talked to someone from Corksport. They told me to check the connections between DP and RP and between RP and CBE to make sure i didn't over tighten the springs. Gonna check and see if it works, hopefully it does!

I had that and itnwas because it was under tightened...bit of a leak at the test pipe Cbe junction.

So here's what I did. I took off the center chassis brace to get to the bolts connecting the RP and the midpipe of the CBE and loosened those. Right after loosening them I turned my car on and let it idle, gave it a few revs, no vibrations so I was happy. I turn the car off, reattach the center chassis brace and go for a drive. The vibration is back and louder than before. I'm guessing the noise is from the midpipe section of the CBE resting on or barely touching the chassis brace. Any ideas?

Rubber on the mid pipe....maybe a magnum xl? Or like some other guy on here suggested, cut some of the bracing, or get new hangers that don't let it sag as much, or get another aftermarket bracing with hole in center.

You may need the spacer that Corksport sells. I had the same issue when I had stock dp with CS test pipe. The tp hanger was rubbing on the oem hanger location. So I bought the spacer to eliminate the issue.

Hope this helps. I still have the spacer if you need one.

I found someone else had this same issue and his advice was to put a few washers between them. Worked like a charm and now its back to normal!
