| Not Ranked : 0 score Carbon coming out of exhaust pipes is pretty normal for any car with a 4 cycle otto engine since the burn in not 100% complete. Moreso a car that is direct injected and turbo.

| Not Ranked : 0 score The problem should significantly decrease after you install a SRI and flash to stage 1 on an accessport. I have no issues with mine anymore after going to an off the shelf stage 1 map.

| Not Ranked : 0 score It's not that it just runs rich, it's because it's direct injected. You can run as lean of a tune as you want, and that soot will still be there every day. Look at every DI car that you see driving down the road from Porsche to VW/Audi to Cobalt SS, and all of them will have black tailpipes from soot. Running leaner is only going to reduce fuel at WOT anyway, most people run 14.7 for cruising at all times...except me.
