Finally got around to taking a pic of my car with wearing winter set up and after lowering the front end another 1/4" by modifying my Koni sports.

Falken Circut Spec wheels 17x7 et40 + 5mm spacer to clear calipers and All season Michelin Energy MXV4 tires in 225/50/17.
Got this set up for $190 including mounting and balance. Not a bad set up for here in VA but the tires are a bit too tall haha.

Ran into into one issue (other than bruised knuckes) after install. The right pipe where it bends 90* before it exits at the tip was rattling against my rear subframe pretty bad after some driving and the exhaust had heated up... low rpm vibration from the RMM causes the exhaust to shake quite a bit, ya know what I mean?

I used my foot and pushed hard at the tip to see if I could maybe realign it a bit and I gained enough space so the rattle stopped. If it comes back I'll either dent that area to give it more space or have a shop adjust fitment.

Sounds incredible... stock DP, Sure M3 track pipe.

I can try a clip, but iphones are not known for picking up the deeper notes.

Sound Clip... no load on the engine though, load makes it sound better - btw.

the hanger up by the front of the car, where it connects to the test pipe, is probably too long. mine would touch the body and make a nasty rattle. I cut it 1" shorter and it was fine, plan on doing that.

I have a in car/out of car video with a catless long downpipe if you want to know what it sounds like with that installed. It has gotten much louder now that it's full of soot.

Switched out front 2 dunlops for some all season continental extreme contact dws. It's pretty dry here in west texas but decided to go with some all seasons as I try to go skiing as much as i can in the winter, and it's kinda scary going up the mountain with summer tires. Really hoping i don't lose alot of performance with the all seasons.

Cold weather + better tune = epic fun...

First time cracking into the 5's...




Torque and HP curves don't get much more flat/linear than that. :-)

bads: man it transfers some vibes at low RPMs, once you get it above 2250 it goes away

will give it a 1000+ or so , should "soften" up

Yeah same here on the tow plate. It would have been nice to ask. Then again I should have flipped a shit and had them fix it.

Trust me, it grow's on you and it absolutely gets better with break in. I love the way it feels, then again mine has probably 10k miles on it already.

Swapped my CS test pipe for a resonated UR test pipe mated to a trition exhaust. Its a lot quitter and no where near as mean. Don't think I ever have to worry about noise violations, but not sure if I like the new sound...

The red spring is too strong for the stock turbo. Its for use with something like 25+ psi.

The reason its fluttering is because its struggling to open at lower boost.

Installed my JBR Stage 2 OCC. What a great piece of hadware! Install was simple. Between the EGR delete and OCC, hopefully I will be keeping the internals a little cleaner.

Just changed to yellow 1 shim and it has no flutter what so ever. Going to keep running it like this.
