Installed my forge v1 bpv last night.

Trimmed and installed my JBR recirculating hose to fit my HKS SSQV 4. A brand new utility knife cut through that shit like butter. Fit and looks amazing.
Also got my AP back from Cobb after it got a full overhaul. New case, new screen protector, new LCD panel so I no longer have "knock" burnt into it. The only problem I have is whoever installed the new LCD screen got a thumb print on it that is only noticeable when the thing is off.

Probably easier without the lift so that you can rest it on your chest until the dp is in position.

you may need a O2 standoff that lets the O2 set a little more out and not so far down in the DP........

Read some more, it looks like the EBay DP can cause this issue, others have stated getting a normal bung welded on next to the stands off and capping the stand off then resetting the ECU will get rid of it.

You are correct. Gen2's need the O2 sensor directly in the exhaust stream but not the sensor directly welded to the DP. Just get a normal length bung where as Gen1's need it out a bit. This is why when I get a DP I will not be going with the EBay one. The cost savings is almost eaten up once you get a new bung welded in. I am going with the $299 corksport one that has a normal bung.

Mine was $145, $20 to weld the inside of the flange and probably an extra $10 if I had changed the bung out. This was having it tig welded by the local dirt track car builder who laid down a great looking bead.

I closed my vob to full recirc, erased the code, resetted the ECU and have driven 59 miles with no CEL... im pushing it too but nothing , I know it will probably come back but already talked to my friend he will relocate the O2 for 25.
