Im 3" on my BNR. it rips. 3.5" may have its benefits of course but nothing I would go out and buy right now.

I have the same intake setup you have now, but I'm putting on an HTP 3.5" and 51r battery tray on Sunday. If you can hold off, I'll take a log on my way to put the intake on, and then take a log on my way home so you can have some numbers to compare if you'd like.

Yes, please! I considered the JBR widepath as my next mod, but if the gains aren't substantial there are plenty of other places I'd rather spend the money, and some data for us K04 guys would be greatly appreciated.

I got a great deal on the htp setup, plus from what I hear, the htp comes with an air straightener, JBR u have to buy and insert it yourself...just food for thought. On Sunday or Monday I will post logs from both.

I'm not looking for a 3.5", I'm looking at this 3" full silicone setup that won't require a small battery box.

I think your results will be close enough - if you don't show any significant gains, then I'll presume the 3" isn't going to net me much either, even with my OEM TIP.

I am looking at that same exact intake. I highly doubt I will find it used.

Not yet. Just been putzing around until MAF cal is sorted out...I will have logs hopefully in the next day or two. I've got a couple from the CS SRI/TIP ready to post, just have to iron out some things (install went a little haywire...made a noob mistake and broke stock ebcs nipple, so had to install a 3-port in 2-port config...ug...). Haven't forgot about this thread....yet.

Holy crap - did you change your MAF scalar? That's ~47lbs/min. I would think that is really close to 5v unless your fuel trims are off.

That's not too suprising. I made about 345 g/s when I was living in Staten island this time of year with a 3.5 intake. Nothing better then some easy coast air

I want a 3" or possibly a 3.5" intake. Looks like there are still power gains to be had in the K04 with it!

I didn't realize I'd read and posted in your thread - but yeah you've definitely maxed out the K04 as you intended. Your dyno proven 330/352 puts my Vdyno 310/360 in perspective as I only produced 300 on the same roller.

It looks to me like the rest of the mods on the K04 path are very incremental and cost prohibitive, so I think I'm going to turn my budget toward better rubber and the Ground Control coil over conversion, and eventually cave in to the GTX28 or BNR swap. Wife is going to kill me.

I came to the conclusion I'm going to try and get every little part I can until all that's "left" is a gtx kit or BNR so I can just "drop it in." WMI is next for me.

I recomend Snow Performance's kit. Their controller is the only one that offers the option of spraying via MAF or MAP based last time I checked.
