Where to start ?
 

Hi,
So I have my MS3 gen 2 for few months now, i think 3-4..
Have like 7k miles on it..

It's just fine, but it could be more fine I guess :D

It is my only car and can not afford to break it, so..

I'm looking for some hints where to start when I want to mod my MS3..

I was thinking about lowering it (plus maybe some springs, depends on the setup), but just a very little bit, so it will be tasty and not extreme.. (bad roads)

And then.. maybe some exhaust for better sound? (again, not extreme but just slighty better sound)

And then, ECU ? but i dont want more power on the 1st gear, as it is useless and wear the engine way too fast? perhaps not even on 2nd ?!

but would like to get more out of 3-4-5 maybe 6 too (why not :D) simply, i'd like to have as manu NM as possible. (but please tell me if im wrong here, what / where is too much NM ?)

if ECU then perhaps for better safety and less wear it is good to get some fuel pump and other things along with it ?

how about wheels and tires? or brakes (if i wear stock one). ?

there my imagination (and mostly knowledge I read) ends..

is it a risky mod?

Start by figuring out what you want to do with the car and then search and read about each topic. More then sufficiant info on all the points you touched.

Sri and resonator delete will give a more deep rumbly sound then. you shouldmbe fine for sound unless you wanted more.everything you are going to modify is goingnto be risky soo read up and do it right! Good luck!!!
