| Not Ranked : 0 score I grew up in Syracuse so I'm plenty familiar with snow. I was also not a victim of "affluenza" so I didn't have money to pay for nice cars or nice winter tires and had to make do with whatever I had. With that being said, I drove around on some SHITTY ass tires. I drove a Galant in college that had BALD tires. That thing would fish tail if I just tapped the brakes. Anyway, the stockers on the MS3 are awful in the snow/slush/whatever. I don't care if you are a "good" driver, those fuckers suck. |

Indeed they do. Living in a climate that's 70 degrees or warmer for 340 days of the year makes me less of a competent snow traveler compared to some of you northern/eastern folk, but man the dunflops suck. I recently got stuck up in our local mountains and had to buy chains just to safely make it out of town. But for 90 bucks it was well worth it. Considering the dunlops were fine once they were chained up. Just can't wait to be rid of them and throw a set of Nitto 555's on.

(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score I'm still trying to figure out why these Dunlops cost over $220 retail. They obviously suck in the snow, but even on dry/damp pavement they suck compared to others that are much cheaper... Aww well... Good luck out there in the white stuff!
