If they didn't then that is the dumbest rule ever. As far as my friends go, they are all being annoying and not committing (buying tickets), but if they do I'll be +6/7. Well my reasoning for route 7 is that it is supposed to be a really nice drive once you get into litchfield county. Not really that it's the most efficient route. If there was a way to avoid i95 and still go on rt7 is be down for that though. Edit: wouldn't 7 actually be easier than 8? Doesn't 8 run up through the Waterbury area right? well no matter which way i go it takes me to us-7 but thats almost near limerock 384 ft 6. Turn right to merge onto CT-8 N toward Waterbury 26.5 mi 7. Take exit 38 toward US-6 W/CT-109/CT-254/Thomaston 0.2 mi 8. Turn left onto Waterbury Rd 0.5 mi 9. Continue onto CT-254 N/S Main St 0.6 mi 10. Turn left onto CT-254 N/Northfield Rd 7.3 mi 11. Turn left onto CT-118 W/East St Continue to follow East St 1.1 mi 12. Turn right onto North St 0.6 mi 13. Continue onto CT-63 N/Goshen Rd Continue to follow CT-63 N 5.6 mi 14. At the traffic circle, continue straight onto CT-63/North St Continue to follow CT-63 10.1 mi 15. Turn left onto CT-126 N 1.9 mi 16. Turn left onto US-7 S/Lime Rock Rd 1.8 mi 17. Slight right onto CT-112 W/Lime Rock thats the directions that google maps gives me i still have to see what my gps tells me

Well if you want to shoot down to I95 and meet up with us you can. Half the reason I'm going is for super 7. It's no tail of the dragon, but should still be a nice drive. That route that google has plotted out for you pretty much completely avoids 7 all together. Its up to you though. |

Its a bit of a drive for me so I am taking the direct route in. That is the drab, god awful highway known as the mass pike. I am probably the only one coming from the northern end so I will just meet up with the rest of you at the track. After the race I will find a more scenic road to get home.

Im alive. Was quite the journey though. Some how we ended up in downtown west hartford. Traffic lights, crosswalks and people everywhere. fml to say the least. |
