I think DJ's point is I could weld a pipe on the HKS side of it and use the other to bolt the BOV to.

I'll probably just tell em to cut the one off my COBB pipe and weld it on to the hotpipe. Its not like I am going to go back to recirc after this, that would require a swap of the intake, hotpipe and pre TB cold pipe. After my experience on the dyno this week, fuck a CAI. Blew a little over $100 in dyno time chasing a wet MAF.

I've got time to make a decision anyways. Not like I am going to get it done this week anyway. Still need to line up an ITFP, and the SST before I really get this ball rolling. I read through the factory manual last night and I am probably going to drop the tank for the swap. My CBE splits so its not too hard to get it out of the way.

Plan is (as if anyone cares):
Get Cold pipe mocked up, possibly welded
Install JBR 3.5" SRI (several weeks out)
Install ITFP
Relocate BOV to hotpipe; Install Bunged cold pipe w\injector
Plub new fuel line to Injector
Hope DJ is ready to ship his spark pick up + AIC1

the 2G DSM bov is almost identical to ours in bolt pattern. you just need to oval the holes slightly (like 5 mins worth with a rat tail file) and it will fit. this will prob make your searches easier.

this is the one i bought because i was like everyone else and said i would never need one. one day when i was doing testing on the highway i smelled gas and pulled off. i popped the hood to find that one of my fittings was leaking and it was spraying fuel all over the exhaust manifold!!!!!!!!

how my car diddent light on fire is beyond me. i immediately bought one of these and threw it in my trunk. this one has a special chemical agent that doesent fuck up everything when you spray it to stop the fire.

Funny thing is yesterday my pure meth line blew out of a tee fitting and I was just spraying meth in all the wrong places lmao. Thank god I noticed, so yah I agree extinguisher ftw!

PTFE (teflon) SS fuel lines are way more expensive than i had imagined. I originally priced the typical rubber lines (nitrile or CPE)... but they're not compatible with e85 mixes (which is one of the main purposes of the fifth port lol).

So i've been doing some shopping around today, and will pull the trigger on some hose tonight. Aside from that, only other things i need to order are injectors and the USB to RS232 cables. Oh, and build up some trigger boxes... but that'll be super simple.

Can't wait to send these kits out
