Default IE HPFP Internals For E85

So instead of shipping E to him, I tested them for him. I have never felt more confident in my fuel system as I do now. Good fuel gauge, good fuel pressure, good power.

@Tokay444; I'll have to compare to what they are now, but the last time I looked at it was within 100psi above target. At times I would get one cell that would spike to 150psi above target. I would not fall more then 30 psi below my target fuel pressure of 1669

I thought the nitride coating was what made this work? Black death doesn't adhere to the nitride coating or something like that. Chemistry fix!

Its the seal for the most part...keeps fuel and oil seprate, its a slightly different design from stock. Check out the website in op, worth the read.

No good news to report yet, Apparently these are supposed to already be "broken in", but I am dipping down into the mid 1400s and I can feel the car stuttering. This is with 11.5 gallons of E and whatever was leftover from my previous mix. I am going to give them some more time to see if they need to be broke in further. May also try to use a different pump to throw these in but had no issues before with last set of kmds.

Put 17 miles on it new set before first WOT and it happened. Also took a Log at 50 miles and same thing.

I'm not gonna try that, as I don't want to waste what I have left. I'll try a different pump housing, and try a 50/50 mix. Idk so far I'm not impressed. Wish I was as lucky as @littleloogy;

I did run petrol for the first couple hundred miles. Before switching to E. That's the only thing I did differently.

Im curious what the internals look like. I never saw a drop in fp until 150 miles or so on cs internals.

Probably from the same batch as Loogy (I think) where the tolerances weren't right. Pull them and check for scoring. If damaged, get them replaced.
