| Not Ranked : 0 score I know your pain. We had crazy hail storm for ~1 minute up in Maine. My luck would have it that I got 3 nice dents on the roof. I won't call that in to insurance though, even though it would be comprehensive I'm not interested in upping my rates over bullshit like that. and I have a $100 deductible too  Though when/ if I hit a turkey/ deer/ other animal, I am totally using Comp coverage on the damage+ roof at that point. |

(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score Finally getting it in to teh shop in the morning so that my mechanic can duke it out with Geico. Going to get the front bumper repainted from rock chips,get the grille color matched black mica new roof skin and hood. Now here is the question, should I pick up a carbon hood while this is happening painted black mica no rice here! prolly cost the same as steel, worth the weight savings?

Got off theline with Geico and the grand total is $7000, new hood roof skin rock chips on front bumer,ass hole nicks on rear bumper and all the assorted hail dings and I guess a repaint. The shop is working the deduct in to the mix:-) will post after photos.
