Default Password JDM Front Splitter

Browsing through Password JDM and found this 2 piece front splitter. Looks interesting but they don't have any pics of it on car. I haven't seen anything like this for our cars yet so I thought I would pass along.

It's actually three parts and you have an option of buying the set for in raw carbon for $550 or have it clear coated for $700, that is almost BNR money.

Too bad there are no photos on the car. I'd like to see what they look like.

I'd like to see pics, but as much as I may want it, I could never justify spending $700 on a lip

I'm considering it. Not the three piece, but just the two. Yea, it's 399, but it would look great on a white 2013...

Ordering the outside pieces first.. If I don't like it then there is no point in ordering the center piece and will post it for sale here for half the price I paid for it

Got my PasswordJDM Carbon fiber front splitter!..

Man I can say the fitment was spot on for the right side.. The left side I have a very slight gap between the top of it and the bumper but
its barely noticeable. Now it mounts to the factory location underneat.. BUT you cannot use the OEM fasteners they are not long enough.
You also have to remove these pieces from your bumper first to get it to fit properly. You also have to drill 2 holes near the top of the pieces.
This is difficult as you need to line it up and test fit it then measure to wear you drill the holes for the bolts to secure the top.
If you only use the bottom bolts it might ok but I wouldnt. Its kinda of A PITA because the only way to mount with the Bumper on the car
is too go through the fender liner to tighten those bolts through the bumper to the pieces. You have to measure and have a good eye because you dont
want to have to keep drilling your bumper. The longest part was installing the first piece the other side took half the time because I went to
lowes and got some longer bolts I needed instead of just scrounging around for some. Again you have to remove the factory side underneath pieces.
The image of those again is below.

It took me about 5-6 hours to install simply because I had to jack it up, find bolts/etc.

Now lower your car, tint the windows, and add some power. Otherwise the extra downforce(if it does give any) is wasted.

I do have a decent amount of mods so far.. I have only had the car about 6 months.
Lowering im gonna go with AUTOEXE springs and Billstein struts or konis I don't want it too low.

I don't mind if he wants to spend so much on overpriced parts, that is his choice.

Curious, you buying the carbon fiber intercooler + battery cover?

The battery cover will depend on if I get the JBR or Corksport battery kit.
I will not be getting the CF intercooler cover because an ETS top mount is going on.
However I am getting the radiator shroud and fuse box cover for sure. And the center piece for the front splitter.

And the M'z custom side skirts more than likely.

Yea I basically bought all the AUTOEXE CF parts for the speed 6 except for the side skirts.
And that was way more expensive than Password JDM stuff. The lip with shipping was like 1200-1300 if I remember correctly. I wont do that again..

And will be getting the Corksport CF scoop as well
