So is it not possible to cut the "corners" of the smile off? like the area where you have the axela logo? it seems like the gray lower grill (whatever you call it) is preventing any airflow there anyway. Why not fill that corner slightly to remove some of the smiley-ness.

Move the grille up, make it smaller and add a rectangular lower grille that almost spans between the fogs.

The shape of the foglight cutout needs to be changed, it is shaped to flow with the smile. Leaving the fog cutout alone makes it really tough to get any shape other than the grin to look like it belong there.

Change that foglight cutout to complement the different grille shape (Evo, etc) and it will look good (or better at least).
