Nothin.g beats tuning on a dyno. I don't know any dates, this was brought to my attention so we are still planning

Woah this grew fast and that's awesome :). I'm traveling for the next week or so - so I haven't been able to stay on top of this thread ... and PMs. One pretty cool piece of this trip for today is that I got to spend a good 3 hours driving the 2013 Focus ST. Autocross, highway, city, backroad multi gear pulls.

I will get more details about the trip sorted out in a week or so and will let everyone know. Dyno tuning time is $$ to do from scratch especially since the AP takes a while to flash maps while the car sits and heatsoaks. It's best to get tunes mostly dialed in on the street prior (unless we work out special arrangements) and then do fine tuning on the dyno. There are a few people I've talked to and will talk more to about getting some fine tuning done specifically.

I am going to be looking into the date closely after this weekend and will update with more specific information at that time as well.

All the guys that will be fine tuning on the dyno we will need to start the tune on the street and get the car fairly dialed in before the dyno day. That will get the best results and save $$ in dyno time.

It's going to be at churches automotive in long beach.

Due to the fast approaching Mazfest it looks like a good tentative date on my end is the first weekend of October - Oct 6-7 as a tentative date.

How does everyone feel about that?

Alright, completely missed that Canadian Thanksgiving is that Oct 6-7 weekend. Looks like we will be pushing it back another week - Oct 13-14. I will probably be booking the flight this week and plan is to come in on Thu and probably fly out Mon.
@Daddy Chinkus is hunting down a shop for that weekend.

Excellent - thank you! - we should start the E-tune a few weeks before I come down so that the car is well dialed in before we get it on the dyno.

I have that weekend off! Is there an aditional fee for fine dyno tuning?

Aside from actual dyno shop fees which I have nothing to do with I don't charge anything more for Stratified customers wanting tweaks. I come out to help out as much as possible and have fun in the limited time available.

I'm still in! I'll start my etune with you most likely some time next week.

With this kind of service, its hard to pass up the opportunity. I will be signing up for an e-tune after I get some parts installed at the upcoming nator event.
