Not really sucks for everyone who wants tunes. Non load based dynos will make a tune drastically different than what they would be on the street.

Everyone is going to have a preference and therefore not everyone will be satisfied. At this point it's important that I lock in on a place with good communication, reasonable pricing, and a decent facility. Remember that I am doing this from quite far away. This is why if you recommend a place, it should be a place that you've been to and can vouch for.

Either this or I look at renting an airport strip.

This is a list directly from dynojet of everyone known in the state of california that has one. This may help you @Lex;

Anything on the list that is 224lc x is load controlled and awd. 224lc is 2wd and load controlled.

I use to go to a place called speed force racing in Santee for custom turbo stuff on my 350Z. Havent been there in years and there prices on tuning and parts are crazy expensive but the shop has a two wheel and four wheel dyno. I just called them and they said $500 a day to rent the dyno, ask for Tim hes the owner. Speed Force Racing - Santee, CA Only reason i would suggest them is because they are not a mainstream shop so their dyno is probably not ever booked, maybe a better price can be had.

I went to Tim years ago when I had my 2002 Nissan Maxima.

He was supposed to fab up a turbo kit for me in 2 weeks. I think I got my car back around 6 months later and the kit never worked as promised. Ended up removing it and losing thousands of $

I 100% agree lol, BUT we are not using his services or parts. Just renting the Dyno :) Since no one ever goes there really, it should be easy to book.

I own a 944 turbo and Tim has a bad rep on there for shitty parts. Makes me a bit nervous to send him a deposit. He is inexpensive though and perhaps there's a reason for that. Above all I want this to be smooth, no broken dynos, flake shops etc.

Tuning Technologies have been very good so far and seem to be a quality place. They are a bit pricier and don't operate on Sunday but it sounds like people will have a good time there.

I am considering doing Thu - Sat. There is no way we will get 8 cars on the dyno in a day to tune with most shops that only work 9-5. Last year was an exception and we were there till midnight.

How many of you guys on the list are able to make Thu and/or Fri?

I'd be out during a weekday. @Lex; what's the budget that we're trying to stay at roughly for people here. Bisimoto is willing to hold both days they include tents tables chairs drinks snacks access to the facility there wifi and will provide hard copy and soft copy of dyno numbers and are willing to work with us on pricing depending on what our budget is. This facility is top notch and top of the line and a very very nice facility at that. I've already been in contact with them

They love holding dyno days and welcome another new platform. They usually hold porsche and bmw days frequently

Lex I've been in contact with them the last 2 days for this. It's called bisimoto engineeering. Ask for Hetti or janet and refer to Bryce and a nov dyno day. Preferably Hetti.
