You dont need one. The flange on the injectors that seats on the outside of the head has flat spots on either side that you can use needle nose plyers on to twist the injector. Once you get it to move you should be able to spray some lube, carb cleaner or wd-40 anything should work, you should only need a little bit, and keep working it out by twisting it. Some say you can grab at the top of the injector, which you can, I just wouldn't as you do not want to damage any area where the orings sit as you will have a leak.

I have done it twice. On my ms6 I used a pry bar to pop them up and that was a bad idea but it worked. I nicked an injector, but luckaly not where the oring sits. On cx-7 I beleive I did it the way I stated above with no issues. I dont know Im always drunk when I work on the car so I never remember.
