Yeah I'm still wondering what they are going to look like. When I get them I'll post pictures ASAP I just don't see how these could compete with the CPe Seals considering they come with the brass sleeves.

Im not sure that the sleeve is completely necessary, the injector is held in place fairly well. The sleeve does not function as a seal.

Actually that would probably work just fine, provided the envelope was good enough. Perhaps have one buyer for each city, whom then distributes at meets or something.

Nah just joking but I was just interested what they would be like I had no plans on putting them in the car because I couldn't do it and if they were to fail I couldn't have my speed down long enough to fix it. all of the above is true of course but how many hours...ahem lets say minutes of pressure beyond OE get exerted on the seals in a DD environment at modest HP levels....time will tell but at 400WHP these might go 30K miles or a lifetime without failure...at 640WHP on the other hand I'd go with a SafeSeal...lol

We will know soon enough. I think it is very valuable to at least test them, and it is far too early to write them off. Who knows - they might work better than the other seals that are exponentially more expensive. The only reports we have, thus far, are positive (OP).

Understood, but we had no idea of what they were capable of in real world testing. I was equally surprised that we made it to 640 WHP so easy on pump gas + meth. Every time we get on the dyno, everyone is amazed at how the car performs. The dyno operators is open mouth slacked jawed with how smooth the power curve is and how clean it sounds during a pull.

We are breaking into new territories with the MZR engine, so every time we set a new bench mark... I am surprised.

my seals still haven't shown up yet..... grrr...


I'll probably throw em on in the next few weeks though. My 3 is already starting to exhibit false KR in the higher rpms, and i can smell exh/fuel after boosting some.
