stock axles as of now.

4 bar tune is not complete... there was an 18 psi run done the other day (lowest boost I can run) with no timing and no meth, it was just a baby run to re-check the rings since there was almost no break in done.

I do have the scalars if you want those? as soon as the final high boost tune is done I will let you know how the 4 bar worked out.



I got lucky and Erich passed me along the settings for it.
Pretty sure I posted the settings for the 4 bar sensore in the 3.5 bar thread as well.

4 bar tune update - Made 470 @5600 rpm on 27 lbs no meth and mild timing but then went lean so the run ended early and now have a misfire, looking like an injector at this point... I will know more tomorrow.

if anyone has an injector let me know

so far so good... but we only got to 27psi - no meth no aggressive timing but they have been dead on.

My AP logs approximately matched what the dyno recorded all the way up to 43 PSI.

Dyno sheet update.

Correction 28psi... shit went south right around 5500 and that was the end of the run.

was on its way to the 500's with only mild timing.

Cleaning up the tune.

28PSI target, mild timing up top (14.5), meth is now in play, still ending runs about 1k early.. should be an easy 550+ on an aggressive 28psi tune.
Full timing and runs will hold strong power in the 7k range.
35psi and 40psi still coming in the next few weeks

FYI - low 60's IDC

boost is coming on much sooner

lost boost signal in the middle of run 53
all uncorrected smoothing 3

hmm started to compare the logs to the runfiles.

run 53 and 58 were lifted around 5100rpm right where boost dropped... I guess the dyno keep reading.

59 was lifted around 6200.

looking like 32-34psi will get us to 600
and hopefully 40ish gets us close to 700

DNP EWG, swapped away from the ATP IWG( welded) when we got rid of the 3576.
looking to add a 2nd wastegate now.

dual d07 in cold pipe, 4 D04 in the manifold. 1 gallon tank.

it actually lasts longer than I expected.

it wont see much street time so I"m not worried about meth tank size.

Shit dude. Could have gone twin scroll if you are gonna have 2 wgs.
What size is the current one? Can't u use a Tial 60?

BTW 160K on stock rods and 30+ psi is epic. How did the old pistons look like? any pitting?
I am planning on only doing eagle rods and using Pu pistons. There have been a few piston failures but they are uncommon and probably due to failure of the system somewhere. Not lack of material aptitude.

I already have 2 gates from previous projects... so I might as well use them, or I would have done a single 60.

the stock pistons looked good, no pitting but 2 were cracked very minor.

is that just a vacuum block you're running your meth through? Im not familiar with the set up, nor those 90* nozzles but its a pretty slick set up man, i'd be interested to see if theres more air or methanol going into your cylinders at any one time haha.

its a Devils own distribution block, with Direct port 90* nozzles.

Each cyl will see about 400cc - 475cc of pure meth ( depending on nozzle at the time) @ 250psi.. which is enough to support a 240-300hp engine purely off the meth.

I have a D10 pre throttle body as well, I also have 2 fail safes in place in the meth takes a shit.

true one nozzle could fail from a clog, but with good quality filtered meth it won't be much of a concern, the pump dying would be more my worry if anything.
