Dell sucks. I placed an order with them for an mp3 player Thanksgiving weekend. They took my money and then sent me a confirmation with an expected ship date of Feb 2. Then when I called them to see if it might ship sooner because it was supposed to be a Christmas gift and express my dissatisfaction with the way they did things (no notice up front it was on back order and took the money anyway) they basically told me too bad. Then I went in to track the status to see if it was shipping sooner, I saw that they had cancelled my order and never notified me. I will never shop with them again. |
