Default Autotech internals install

I'm going to install my Autotech internals this weekend. I've looked through some install posts with pics and also vids. Can anyone recommend a link that was thorough and/or helped them them the most? Also, what is the most important thing to keep in mind while doing the install? Thanks!

This guide will give you more detail on how to remove the pump itself. The one above explains the internals part well

Not that hard, just make sure you don't break any of the fuel line clips (yellow an blue). Also cross your fingers that your cam won't be in the up position when you pull the pump. Can be a bitch to maintain pressure on that spring when trying to tighten down the three Torx bolts holding it to the engine. Get some brake cleaner and spray down the
Entire pump and internals. Be sure to have some engine oil handy to coat the internals prior to install, and the large o-ring on the housing. Good luck! It's really not that hard at all, just be clean and don't drop It in a bucket of sand.
