Default I threw a p0139

Im running Stage 2+mscai. Last night i was driving and got on it in 4th felt a pretty back hiccup, car jolted a little then went. I have a 02 sensor cel, but i just had a feeling to check and see if anything else came up and sure enough there was a p0139 Engine Overboost Condition what exactly does this mean and what was this hiccup its not the first time it happened. Fuel or boost cut? I have the forge bpv with the blue spring in.

P0139 only applies to Cali emissions acording to the repair manual.

possible causes listed
-middle HO2S deterioration
-middle HO2S malfuntion
-looseness middle HO2S
-pressure regulator (buit in fuel pump unit) malfunction
-fuel pump malfunction
-fuel filter (built in fuel pump unit) clogged or restricted
-fuel leakage on fuel line from fuel distribution pipe and fuel pump
-leakage exhaust system
-purge solenoid valve malfunction
-purge solenoid hoses improper connection
-insufficient compression
-engine malfunction (leakage engine coolant)

hmm... none of those sound that great with the exception of the O2 sensor being loose.
sounds like something is on its way out unless you installed something recently that would correlate with the triggers

So throwing a p0139 is the normal code for having a catless dp. I thought I fucked up the o2 sensor because I sprayed some Pb Blaster on the inside of the stock dp when trying to get it out.

Yep, that's the code when you pull the pre-cat out.
