Default reworked turbo - to be safe i should...

so i'm putting in one of PTP's reworked turbos in sunday. my power mods are cp-e catted dp, ms cai, ms cbe, mrlilguy fuel pump, turbosmart hybrid bov, cp-e fullcontrol flash (and i have a cobb AP lying around now)

i know people haven't had any troubles with the reworked stockers so far. but in the interest of not blowing up my car, should i run keep the FullControl on or switch to a specific cobb map that's a bit more conservative? i don't want to overboost and blow something up. anyone have any other recommendations?

i am switching to the cp-e cai once i get it from ms3guy22 so i won't be having the afr problems hal has described with the mscai.

can you still flash the ecu with the ap after cpe has installed their flash? Will the ap download cpe's flash? You may loose it all together, I would ask cpe before trying.

Well as long as the hash in the ECU was not overwritten by CPe, he should have no problem downloading that ecu to the AP when he installs it. Do you have anything to monitor the AFrs and knock with?

i should have the wideband running mid next week. nothing for knock right now :P maybe i just need to get a dash hawk already...?

yeah i was assuming i could just download the flash to the AP so i could convert it back to the cp-e flash if i needed to when i uninstall the AP.
