People are saying 2.51 (newest file released that kingpin linked) is just 2.5 BETA 9 repackaged, but one of the MSD admins had said this in a thread

2.51 release does have bug fixes and is not just a renamed Beta file. Listed below are the fixes:

1. Fixed the Alerts to change back to user colors when alert succeeds - mainly while they are viewing the fuel economy PIDs.
2. Implemented new processor changes to support both revs of Phillips processors (Phillips is EOLing the current processor we buy).
Nothing significant, and only 1 affects us. I still have an issue when I try to change the alert colors on the DH itself though. When you go into the color setting for an alert it changes to the color, but when you back out it doesn't always change back to your standard one, so I guess they never fixed it 100%. Mildly annoying, you just have to go into any menu that changes the color and back out and it usually fixes itself.
