Default WTF is Wrong? Mazda ECU is Cutting on Something Else

I am getting a F*cking cut, but it's not fuel and its not boost. Today, I cut at 5500 rpms at about 80% throttle with a 17.5 psi peak boost on a beta v103 AP map with a 20 psi peak boost setting. So, it wasn't boost cut. I have a cp-e HP fuel pump, so it wasn't fuel cut. What the f*ck is going on? I have 1 step colder plugs, spring stretch mod, 94 octane, ETS TMIC (no boost leaks), MS CAI, MS CBE, cp-e DP w/cat, 2.75" custom inlet, air straightener, and performance coatings on everything to reduce temps. Boost temps are about 15-18 deg F above ambient with ambient at 48-60 deg F.

I get no knock under WOT, WTF is going on? I got the cut on stock pluggs too. I'm F*cking at a loss here, anyone else have this happen? My absolute load value is hitting close to 200. Is it the load value on the Mazda ECU that is controlling this cut?

how are you blaming the stock ECU when you have a Cobb flash on it?

Also the cut seems load or TQ calculation related.

I got it too without the Cobb map. I have an upgraded fuel pump with a MAP clamp. It's getting cold here.

I was getting the same cut, right about 5500 as well
even though it didnt throw a code, mine was related to overboost
are you sure you arent overboosting? what gear were you in?

Keep in mind you won't always get an overboost cel if you overboost and it gets. The cel setting is usually higher than the actual fuel cut.

The temp today is 53 deg F. The flash i'm using is "Stage2+SF 93 v103f +TMIC.ptm", but it happens on the flash sent to me by Christian for my configuration "Stage2+MSCAI2 93 v103b +TMIC.ptm" It doesn't happen very often on "Stage2+MSCAI 91 v102.ptm".

I data logged a cut. The only thing I can see is airflow starts to drop before it happens. I think this is because of the air temp decreasing as rpms increase. My boost temps drop very low under acceleration. they drop to about 15 to 18 deg above ambient. Absolute Load Value, though is real close to 200%. That is the only thing I can think of that is causing the cuts. Everytime I get a cut the ALV is close to 200%.

It's not fuel cut or overboost. Boost targets on those maps are around 19-20 psi. I was only hitting peak boost at 18.7 psi and the cut happened at 18.2 psi. I double-checked my boost gauge peak against the data log peak against the Cobb AP boost peak and they are exactly the same.

Chris, what did you know about how the ECU uses the torque or load value? Is there a maximum value that the ECU will allow?
