Default CP-E Pro Fuel Controller.

I am fixing to order the CP-E Pro fuel Controller and am wondering if anyone can tell me what parts I need to order to make it work with a Meth Inj. system? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Essentially you need a pump, a tank, and a nozzle to tap into your cold pipe + all the wiring that goes along with it. The CPE PFC will send output to control the duty cycle of the pump.

Additionally you may want to look into getting a water injection failsafe system so if you aren't flowing meth the failsafe activates.

Essentially you want everything from a water injection kit EXCEPT the controller. Labonte and Devils own are highly reccomended.

doubtful... I think it is simply a progressive controller that controls the pump DC.

My understanding is that you would need a separate failsafe to monitor flow or pressure or low fluid or something like that - wired to the Standback map switch. I know the MS6 has a low fluid level indicator from the factory, so it might be possible to just tap into that... not so sure if you MS3 guys have that or not.

Don't think so, I've run out of washer fluid with no light... so even if there is, it's not reliable.

Quoted from CPE's site
The ProFuel™ also uses an emergency shut-down feature that can be triggered by any 12-volt sensor. For instance, if you pair the controller with a flow meter, when water/methanol flow drops below a specified set point, the Standback™ will respond by dropping the boost to wastegate spring pressure, and will pull 5° of timing to prevent engine damage. So now you can prevent engine damage should your supplemental fueling system stop pumping.

I was looking looking at both of those systems and I think I'm going to go with the system from Devils Own and also get IFS-10 from labonte to monitor the flow. That was the one thing that was keeping me from getting a system to begin with I didn't like the idea of monitoring it using pressure in the system as it could be clogged for some reason and it would still show full pressure.

The best way to monitor is with a flow sensor: if it doesn't flow enough you are leaking before the flow sensor, if it flows too much, you are leaking after the flow sensor.

A gauge is a good idea too, just as an extra precaution.

I know your right and I may get one but I just don't know where I'd put it.I have so many gauges now that I use.Maybe I can get a dual gauge that would monitor both my oil and water temps and than put that gauge in one of the holes I have now.Heres a pic of my gauge setup now.The ones I'm using now are Boost,Wideband A/F,EGT,Oil Press.,and Oil and Water Temp. plus a DashHawk that I use to monitor knock, timing and BAT and to run logs.I know I could monitor some of what I have gauges for with the DH but I find it hard to read when trying to put more than 3 or 4 on a screen and I don't want to have to flip through the screens while driving. If I can figure out where to put one that I can easily see I probably will.
