|  Ran a local honda guy tonite, suprised? I ran a 05 v6 6mt accord coupe. The guy claimed to have a j pipe, cat back, and 1 or 2 other exhaust mods. The car runs alike numbers to our ms3s and I figured it would be close. I was wrong. With just an intake on my car, I was unable to hold him off at all from 40 and 60 rolls. By the top of 5th he would have 5-7 cars on me at least. This guy had to have a lot more than what he claimed, or am I wrong here?  | Must have been turbo'ed. No way in hell a N/A bolt on accord v6 would have 5+ lengths on a MS3 w/intake.

| 3rd gears were 40 at 3500 ish, 60's at 3800 ish rpm? I think hes spraying, not totally sure. He cant have bolt ons though. | ||||||||

| u realize that a bone stock accord might actually outtrap a ms3 right? Let a honda engine breath and watch it move. Look at the rsx, it goes from a 94mph add i/h/e and it turns into a 100mph car | |

| Thats true, but his mods didnt even extend that far, and this was more than 5 cars in 2 gears. He told me his 1/4th was 13.8 at 100, I trapped 97/98 in 90+ louisiana heat with 140 boost temps... Should he really pull me that hard? | ||||||||
