They filed report because it was taken out of my garage. We dont know how they got door open, but ive been told there are a few ways....

there is an article about the Mazda 3, it is very easy to break into our cars, if they find the car, look on the door by the locking mech, there should be a dent right there. if you hit the door right there, it triggers the door lock mech for the key to unlock the door.

That problem was fixed a looooong time ago and doesn't apply to 3's made after '08

The car was unlocked with the keys in it = no dent.

Sorry man, but leaving the keys in the car is sssooooo stupid. I'll bet you never do that again.

Go check ebay for parts being auctioned in your area. Also check craigslist and all mazda forum classifieds. Good luck man.

I DO have GAP insurance, AND they think I have insurance for up to $1000 of things permanently added n to car (Bluetooth, Intake, etc) Now i have to hope they dont find it, or it comes back in perfect condition...

I lock my car even when it's in the garage with door shut. Someone knew you left the keys in the car. If so it was not a professional job and they will get caught. I live in Ky so PM me your license plate and I'll keep an eye out.
