anyways, i do have the full interior avaliable meaning seats and panels that would look great in a mazda 3. i dont think the rear seats will bolt in to the sedan, but i'm not sure, so someone that is well versed in the interior department should chime in.

| You do know that it is on the dealership to PROVE that the aftermarket part installed directly caused the failure... Fight it.

| unfortunately to fight it, i will have to retain an attorney which i cannot afford. mazda said no and voided the powertrain warranty, because the car was "modified for racing". the car had a SU motor mount, GHL cbe, TWM sts, and turbo timer installed when i took it in. anyways, i was driving on the highway about 50mph when i shift into 3rd and lose all power and it dies. i didnt hear anything, but i had a loud srt4 in front of me so they may explain why. i was not racing, or driving really aggressive. rod thrown threw the front of the block and the rest is history.

i was in 2nd at 50 and shifted to 3rd. the seats are being sold as a set so i cannot sell the headrests.
