Default Clunking Hotchkis FSB

My FSB clunks like crazy over any bumps. I didn't install it and I'm not sure it was pulled all the way back in the brackets before it was tightened.

For those that are familiar with the install, is it possible to loosen the brackets and adjust it back without dropping the front sub-frame?

Thx

Sounds like it was installed without weight on the wheels.

The end links were tightened with the wheels jacked up so I don't think it is coming from there, although maybe I will retighten them just to make sure.
