Default Parking brake light?

My parking brake light comes on intermitantly (starting yesterday), sometimes while braking, sometimes when accelerating. It doesn't stay on. I checked my brake fluid level, and it's normal. I looked for any evidence of leakage, but have not been able to find any. Any ideas?

Found my problem. Whoever checked my brake oil last did not put the cap on correctly. The rubber sealer was not seated inside the cap correctly and was slowly spilling oil. What I had thought was the fill line, was not actually it. I added more oil and everything seems good now. If it had been an actual leak, I'm sure I would have experienced some loss in braking (which I did not).

Thanks everyone for your help.
