Default ms3 driver side creaking?
anyone know a fix for creaking on the drivers side? sounds like its near the stick shift or center console.

There's a known issue of the inboard seatbelt anchor doing that. I have to lube mine every few months.

YES! I have this same annoying freakin' problem!! I move ONE INCH, and its EEEERRKK!

I swear if the car was on a trip switch with a bomb attached, I'd be dead 1,0000,000000 times by now..

So just lube the belt anchor? It sometimes sounds like its the console itself next to my knee..

Sounds like you've got the belt creak for sure. Get a flashlight and lean in there and you can make it do it and see what it's doing - just lightly move the anchor around toward and away from the seat.

wd40 killed the creak. it was the belt anchor.

I get a creaking from the passenger seat. It sounds like a spring compressing, though. It doesn't creak when someone is riding shotgun though. I'm pretty certain it's not any seatbelt/leather rubbing.
