 |  is my turbo dead ? so my stock turbo smoked for the first time a few months ago since then its only done it twice and the last time was 3 weeks ago. my question is would that hurt my hp and tq? the reason i ask is because the other night i raced my friends ms3 from a 40mph roll and my mods are sri,fmic,catless dp,pg man, open exhaust, hks bov,cobb AP stg2 fmic map and my friend has sri,catted dp, turbosmart bov. he had me by a car and half most of the time or we would be dead even. any help would be awesome | ||||||||

| Can I be unhelpful and say its the AP? Also make sure your makin full boost?

| Wasn't that said with vs 1.02 then the BETA and yada yada? I hear if you unflash it you're actually quicker :P I'm allowed to bitch, i did buy an AP then return it... K anyways why not datalog the car with the AP or Dashhawk and show us some goodies cause you SHOULD be faster.

| MSF > M247  | the driver makes the biggest difference in a race. if you dont suck than its the 102 maps...

back to the smoking turbo thing... i had that problem... BAD i would sit in mild traffic and start to smoke... ... i got myself a hks (or any brand you prefer) catch can... and honestly.. i haven't seen smoke in the past 2 weeks... no change in my driving routine.. same oil thats been there the past few weeks... very satisfied customer
