Your so smart Haltech(it was pretty easy huh?) Well technically it is a Bosch pump but I am assuming that it comes on some sort of Ford since your alter ego is Ford. BTW that is a picture of the heat exchanger, I will post pics of the Intercooler on Friday. I dont want to post up pics of a half done part of the system. As you can tell by this shot my TMIC is still intact, however the IC is mounted. I am having the hot and cold pipes made Friday. I am extremely excited to get this project completed. Haltech do you have much experience with Water/Air set ups?

What i meant by the H/S unit is the core piece taking the heat from the boost.

Yes, i have experience with water/air setups. Ive had ice box's made for the reservoirs, a/c units fixed into the reservoir to cool the water down to 55F. Just make sure you have a good size reservoir so heatsoak isnt an issue. Use plenty of water wetter too

Awesome ob so far! Can I make one suggestion though? Have the pump pull from the heat exchanger and push up to the core. The pump will last alot longer that way. Instead of having the pump push the water through the core (twice with yours) and then up, it would just have to push it up. Let gravity do as much of the work as possible. Just my $0.02.

Why is this this better than an regular FMIC? I'm not trashing, looks great and is clearly unique. But why go this way?
