Intalled ETS 3.5" TMIC

I installed my ETS TMIC today. Installation was obviously pretty easy. Would have taken me about a half an hour if I wouldn't have dropped one of the rubber grommets down the back of the engine and wound up having to put the car on a lift to go searching for it. I found it though laying on top of the crossmember underneath the car. I was glad to find that there was no signs of oil build up in my stock IC, cold pipe or throttle body. I've got about 10,300 miles on the car. I gave the intake manifold a Seafoam Deep Creep treatment while I was under the hood though. I didn't get a lot of smoke at all. Anyway, after reconnecting the battery I went out for a drive. I didn't abuse it too much, but the car is definitely faster. The gain feels about as significant as the gain I felt with my SRI, which was pretty significant! I'm seeing about 1-2 more psi boost. I had ordered a boost tube kit also, but haven't recieved them yet and I couldn't wait to install the IC, so they'll go on whenever I get them. When I got back from my drive the IC and cold pipe was cool to the touch when I popped the hood. Overall, I'm happy with it. A little expensive, but great mod none-the-less. I'm hoping to dyno when I get back home to NJ. I came across a new tuner shop with a dyno that's literally within walking distance of my house! I don't have a cam with me to take pics, but you've seen an ETS before.

IMO SRi and TMIC should be the first 2 mods to a Mazdaspeed 3. Go dyno it asap
