| Is there anywhere that has the entire service manual as a PDF? Those diagrams are pretty good. The only thing I can't tell is which of the pins is the signal output for the accelerator position sensor #1. There is a different section of the manual that will have it. | |

The main question I need to answer about the MS6 is if it has the same crank wheel as the MS3. That will determine if we need new code for the MS6 or not. We will find out soon...

All the hardware should be the same. The motors are identicle, they just have different ecus for whatever reason. Not really sure why. I'm still trying to find a pdf version. I have the manual at home, but I won't be back there until ~5 tonight.
